Neil Curson leads the “Atomic Scale Device Fabrication” Project 1 and fabricates single atom structures using STM lithography.

Neil is a new lecturer hired via the LCN S&I nanometrology grant. He was finalist for the British Council Eureka prize for inspiring science, Australia, Treasurer, NSW branch, Australian Institute of Physics, and holder of 3 patents, including one for a multiprobe system developed with Omicron NanoTechnology.
