Steve is part of the team using FELIX to develop the control and measurement of donors. His interest is in the methodologies and techniques we use in the lab, in developing new uses of existing techniques in the lab, and of finding useful ways to extend our current experiments to tell us more about our interests. Steve’s recent work uses lasers with different frequencies to tell us how electron spins relax over time, under different conditions, and in different species. His current work focuses on moving towards fine tuning these techniques to study the control of multiple donor species in the same sample.
